Our life-size Huayangosaurus animatronic recreates one of the earliest and smallest known stegosaurs, a primitive armored herbivore from the Middle Jurassic of China. The 4-meter body is covered in hand-painted silicone skin with realistic texture and small plates running down its back. Animated movements include mouth opening, head turning, neck flexing, stepping legs and a spiked tail that sways, plus blinking eyes and breathing simulation. A soft grunting call plays from the built-in speaker. Its compact size and scientific importance make it an ideal educational exhibit for museums, children's science centers and traveling dinosaur shows.
